Returns Policy

1. If you need a refund, please ask within 30 days after receipt. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund or exchange for you.
2. All our products support 7 days no reason to refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subjected to restocking fees except for quality issues.
3. To complete your return, please contact our customer support at info@parlos.com and we are happy to assist you with your request.
4. Don’t provide door-to-door pickup service.

Returns Policy

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a 2-3 business day.
2. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@parlos.com. 

Exchanges Policy

1. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, including payment of shipping costs
2. If you are not satisfied items and want to replace it, you will be responsible for paying for the differents and your own shipping costs for returning your item.
